令人印象深刻的旅程伴隨着鑼聲開啟和結束。服務人員讓人感到非常舒適，每個人都充滿熱情！辦理入住時出了點兒小插曲，也很快就解決了，還為我主動升級了房間。硬件方面，歷史悠久的度假村，個人感覺房間設施大多已經過了最佳使用年限，空調聲音大，門縫大，窗簾漏光嚴重，浴缸排水口拔不出來……酒店環境很棒，非常原生態，時刻能夠感覺到人與自然和諧相處，水系中的巨蜥，書上的猴子和松鼠，悠然自得的孔雀，包括餐廳的蟲子，也都不怕人。據不完全統計，我兒子一晚上被咬了43個包……含三餐的package很實惠！每頓都吃的很好很飽！

It’s a beautiful resort, but unfortunately our trip was not as smooth as expected. The reservations team did not receive our extension request, and we were asked to check out unexpectedly. Additionally, the checkout time is rather early at 11am. This was disappointing, especially considering we were paying close to RM800 per night and spent over RM2,000 dining at the resort’s restaurants for lunch and dinner.

This resort is the best resort i ve stayed so far! From the staff that are well-trained and super attentive to the uniqueness of the building itself. All are just amazing. Breakfast was super delicious that every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Highly recommended this resort for all of you.
